However busy you are, make sure you find time for thirty minutes of activity, most days. You’ll be more productive at work, and more relaxed at home, and you’ll burn fat, build muscle and tone up. Work out now what exercise you’re going to do tomorrow. Write it in your diary, or on the calendar — and you’ll have no excuse not to do it!
