Toasted brie and mushroom panini
- 1 panini roll
- 30g low-fat brie
- 80g mushrooms
- Worcester sauce to taste
- Slice the mushrooms and grill or fry without oil.
- Slice the Panini roll, add brie to the bottom half then top with mushrooms.
- Add Worcester sauce to taste, and close the roll.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until the bread is toasted and the brie melted.
Try this with a mixed leaf salad or Waldorf salad.
