Toasted brie and mushroom panini


  • 1 panini roll
  • 30g low-fat brie
  • 80g mushrooms
  • Worcester sauce to taste


  1. Slice the mushrooms and grill or fry without oil.
  2. Slice the Panini roll, add brie to the bottom half then top with mushrooms.
  3. Add Worcester sauce to taste, and close the roll.
  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes until the bread is toasted and the brie melted.
